My personal proyects
My journey in sound creation has led me to explore the narrative world of sound documentaries — a relatively new genre that reimagines storytelling and our perception of reality, using sound as a medium to awaken memories and emotions.

Unspoken Silence (2024-)
Unspoken Silence is a sound documentary that delves into the presence of schizophrenia within my family and the ways it has shaped our dynamics and relationships — creating barriers of silence and denial that turned violence and aggression into something almost ordinary. The narrative draws from my personal experience, yet it takes the form of a fictionalized documentary: the roles of my family members are portrayed by actors, alongside contributions from experts in mental health who reflect on the broader impact of these issues within the community.

Alicia (2019) Shortfilm
The short film Alicia tells the story of a girl who faces the uncertainty of losing her family to war. One night, Alicia listens to bomb explosions outside her bedroom that prevent her from sleeping. Gradually, the bombs are heard coming closer, until they enter her room, creating complete chaos. The narration of the film is presented in two different spaces. The first is created within the screen, and the other, new, is created outside the screen, where the sound character resides and represents Alicia's uncertainty.
